Allen Swivel Base With Large Composite Cleat The specially profiled stainless steel platform is attached to the acetal base by a solid stainless steel rivet. The result is a swivel base that is easy to move under load and wont develop excessive play. Combined with the revolutionary Holt cam profile this ensures the line can be released and cleated no matter what the load. Made with stainless steel lined bullseye fairleads and composite alanite cam cleats with pro fairleads for ultimate control.
