Description

Replica Lower Mast Base Plug for ILCA 7 & 4 and Laser Standard & 4.7

Upgrade your rig's rotation and protect your hull with this engineered replacement lower mast base plug. Designed for the bottom section of ILCA 7, ILCA 4, Laser Standard, and Laser 4.7 masts, this plug reduces resistance on the water while extending the life of your boat.

Key Features

Low-Friction Material: Moulded from an ultra-slick compound that lowers resistance, allowing the mast to rotate smoothly and effortlessly even under load.
Engineered Dirt Channels: Deep, oversized grooves trap and redirect sand, dirt, and grit away from the bearing surfaces, eliminating abrasive grinding inside the hull.
Mast Well Protection: Prevents premature wear and tear on your boat's mast well, saving you expensive gelcoat and fibreglass repair work down the line.
Direct Fit: Sized to fit standard lower mast sections across ILCA 7 & 4 and Laser Standard & 4.7 rigs.
